Quality Inn Killeen Forthood

the place was clean. the staff were very friendly and helpful. a hot breakfast was provided in the mornings. when we checked in the mini fridge in our room did not work. I notified the staff in the morning . and when we got back to the room that evening we had one that worked. Beds were made up and room was cleaned every day.

Breakfast was delicious. The bed was comfortable and the room looked/smelled very clean. This is my second time staying here and I’ll definitely be returning. Front desk staff was very helpful and polite.

This hotel went above and beyond the call of duty. So much so, that I feel obligated to do something I never do and that’s a review/ratings questionnaire. The staff were friendly, helpful and respected your personal space but was there when you needed anything at the same time. I was there for 2 weeks, they even open the breakfast for us at 3am. The Manager (Vinny) is the best Hotel manager that I’ve ever come into contact with. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone driving through area or surrounding areas!
